You will still have access to the site for the remainder of your month. On the date on which your payment was due to be process, your account will deactivate and you will no longer have access to the site. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial months.

Paper Crafter's Library (PCL) is a totally separate site from www.andreawalford.com. The class planners and other tutorials will only be offered through Sunny Stampin' - we will not be integrating them into PCL. Occasionally, tutorials offered by Sunny Stampin' Inc, will be offered as a bonus to Paper Crafter's Library members. All the product, technique and project tutorials offered on PCL have been filmed exclusively for PCL. For full details on how the two sites will integrate please click HERE.
BILLING / PAYMENT INQUIRIES
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
When you sign up for the monthly recurring subscription your credit card will immediately be charged $19.95 CAN. You will then be charged every 31 days - which means that the actual day of the month on which your credit card will be charged may vary slightly from month to month.
HOW WILL THE CHARGE SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
Your credit card statement show exactly $19.95 if you are in Canada. If you live outside of Canada, then your credit card company will convert our fee to your currency. Depending on the strength of your currency compared to ours, you may pay a bit more or less. Most credit card companies will list on your credit card statement the original amount, what your conversion rate is, and then the total you are paying in your country's currency.
DO YOU OFFER A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION OPTION?
We have just started. We are currently offering yearly subscription option for $200 (a slight savings over the monthly recurring fee).
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT FROM MONTHLY TO YEARLY?

WHAT FORMAT ARE YOUR VIDEOS IN AND WHAT DO I NEED TO WATCH THEM?
Our videos are currently in a Flash format. In order to watch them, you will need to have latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Follow this link to install. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
CAN I WATCH THE VIDEOS ON MY IPAD OR IPHONE?
At this point in time no, however we are currently working on making that option available.
I CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE PDF HANDOUTS
The most common cause is your internet browser. In fact this is a fairly common problem with Internet Explorer. Try a different Internet Browser. Whenever I have issues with Internet Explorer -such as not being able to view a video, click on a link or download a pdf handout, I use Mozilla Firefox. It is a web browser commonly used by web designers. You can download it from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Also ensure that you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader on your computer. You can get it from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
WHY IS THE VIDEO I'M WATCHING STOPPING AND PAUSING WHILE I AM TRYING TO WATCH IT?
There are several factors that can affect this, as well as several possible solutions:
- Ensure that you have the most recent version of Adobe Flash installed on your computer. You can download it from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Try a different Internet Browser. Whenever I have issues with Internet Explorer - such as not being able to view a video, click on a link or download a pdf handout, I use Mozilla Firefox. It is a web browser commonly used by web designers. You can download it from here:
Allow the video to spool in. To do so, hit play, then pause the video and give it a few minutes to spool in - then resume playing.
- Your internet service provider. You need to have a high speed internet connection. Otherwise, you will need to be patient and allow the video to completely spool in before you start viewing. Also, at certain peak times when there are a lot of people online, it can cause a slow down for everyone. If, after trying all of the suggested solutions above, try again at a different time.
OTHER TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
WHY DOES THE SITE SAY THAT I AM LOCKED OUT?
Multiple logins under the same login information are automatically blocked and the system locks you out of the site for 24 hours. Please remember to logout of the PCL site every time so you will not be locked out due to an accidental double login. Please remember as well that your login information is for your use only. Please do not share this information with anyone else.
